Usually cooling heat treatement is suitable for packed or unpacked products and could follow post packaging pasteurization to increase product’s shelf-life (duration of the product) and allow secondary packages.
The structure is in stainless steel and could be combined with several type of belt conveyors, in stainless steel or in plastic material or with different kind of drive systems, with pinions or with drum (depends on products and heat treatement).
Entry and exit of the machine, the loading and unloading system, shape of the machine and filled space were studied paying attention to the particular needs of the customer in the connections between various machineries, various departments and working sites.
The devices for heat treatment, cooling batteries, and insulated room can be placed in strategic locations to optimize the efficiency of heat exchange between air and product and to make this working period faster
