New Flavours is an Italian company founded in 2008, specialised in the development and production of natural flavourings and semi-finished ingredients for the food industry.

Our team is able to produce natural flavours also with organic certification, as flavourings from single cultivar or PGI/DOP.

Our semi-finished products, do not only combine different aromas and raw materials, but can be premixed in order to offer, in addition to an aromatic structure, also a functional contribution to aspects such as texture, shelf-life, persistence, etc..

Separate lines allow us to supply allergen- and gluten-free, vegan, organic and kosher products.

Our top products: fine aromas such as truffle, vanilla and saffron, vegan-compliant meat and dairy products, spices, vegetables and fruit.

For these realizations we use unique, internally developped, extraction technologies.
