More and more customers need production lines that take up little space. The classic solutions related to a series of successive machines arranged in line, each performing a specific treatment, could pose a problem: the excessive length of the plant could prevent the installation in the open areas of the factory.
Well, there is a good solution: SIDE machines can be overlapped one over the other to save space in length, besides studies carried out by SIDE on the supporting structure permit to optimize the space even in height, allowing the manufacturing of a single compact machine capable of performing all treatments that the product needs. For example, it is possible to install in the production hall of the factory a single machine capable of pasteurizing, pre-drying and cooling fresh pasta, processes performed independently of each other.
