The product dragging system with paddles allows to treat several type of products.
The cooking water recirculation allows the energy saving system: the product washing water is re-used, sent back to cooker through pipes passing through an heat exchanger. Pipes self-cleaning system.
The paddles are fixed to the upper lid, so there aren’t submerged mechanical parts for a longer life The openable washing zone system allows to clean the washing belt during works. The machine is very fast and easy to clean and maintain.
