Electric compact continuous cooker designed for cooking short pasta or stuffed pasta.
The cooking water is heated by electrical resistances. Cooking time can be varied with a simple knob through the use of electronic inverters. The level of cooking water and its temperature are controlled automatically by the machine. The machines are designed to get the best result with low energy consumption in the smallest space, while optimizing even downtime and cleaning. To simplify cleaning the internal parts of the machine are easily accessible.
